Molly Cullum

Molly Cullum serves as Vice President, Strategic Initiatives for Schreiber Philanthropy. Since 2019, she has supported the organization’s growth in terms of both strategy and grantmaking. Molly also manages Schreiber Philanthropy’s health and early childhood portfolios. In this capacity, Molly works in deep partnership with grantees and partners to enhance the impact of Schreiber Philanthropy’s investments.

Prior to her career in philanthropy, Molly spent nearly a decade in the strategic communications and crisis management industry. Most recently, she helped build the agency’s global corporate healthcare practice with a specialty in issues preparedness and crisis response. She has worked on various public health initiatives surrounding neglected tropical diseases, infectious diseases, and mosquito-borne illnesses, including meaningful work on chikungunya, dengue, Ebola, flu, norovirus and Zika. 

Molly graduated magna cum laude from Villanova University with a bachelor’s in English Literature. Outside of work, Molly enjoys spending time with her husband, two children and dog, or you can find her catching up-and-coming musicians at one of Chicago’s many historic music venues.
