Kris Butler

Kris Butler joined Schreiber Philanthropy in January 2025. As Administrative Coordinator, she manages scheduling and administrative operations to enhance the efficiency of the philanthropic team and ensure the seamless execution of initiatives.

Kris has dedicated her entire career to the nonprofit sector. Prior to joining Schreiber Philanthropy, she worked at Heartland Alliance, a nonprofit organization focused on advocating for and reducing barriers faced by the city’s most marginalized communities.

Kris holds a bachelor’s degree in Sociology from Ohio University and a Certificate in Fundraising Management from North Park University. She lives in Chicago, where she enjoys traveling and spending quality time with her family.
