Rebecca Morton

Rebecca Morton joined Schreiber Philanthropy in 2022. As Grants Manager, she oversees the organization’s technical and procedural aspects of grantmaking, acts as administrative support for the team, and spearheads a wide range of special projects.

Rebecca has been engaged in nonprofit and philanthropic work her entire career. Prior to her position at Schreiber Philanthropy, she served as Foundation Coordinator at the Sheri and Les Biller Family Foundation in Seattle, where she led efforts to develop and codify grantmaking systems.

Rebecca holds a bachelor’s degree in English Literature from San Francisco State University and an MFA in poetry from Eastern Washington University. In addition to her professional career, Rebecca is dedicated to her vocation as a writer, and will talk about poetry with anyone who will listen. She lives in Chicago with her wife and children.
